OPERATION TULI: A Doctor, Law Graduate, and a reelected Honorable City Councillor of San Fernando, La Union Jessie Miranda aims to be the Worlds fastest circumciser. He wants to have a record of having the most number of patients in an hour.
He is submitting he's records and documentation in the Guinness Book of Records.
“I think this is the first time that a doctor like me is aiming for the record and I know I was the first because I conducted research if there is such a record, but there’s none,” he said.
In less than a minute is hes one operation,
Starting at 8:15 a.m. Miranda circumcised boys from different barangays of San Fernando City, who lined up at the City Health Office in April 20, 2008. In an hour, there are 700 boys who have been circumcised :)
Now he back on his Operation Tuli, he operated 400 patients in just one Barangay!
